Top photo - about a week ago this was just a hole in the ground. These condos go up so fast in my neighborhood.
Bottom photo - walking to Milk & Honey for lunch I passed by this building on Division with it’s face completely ripped off. I wonder what it’s going to be.

It’s going to be a dentist office. I saw a sign before they ripped the face off.

The new condo under construction further down Paulina has had something like “F*ck Yuppie Scum [skull]” spray painted in the basement for months. I wonder if/when this condo will also get decorated.

Those 2×4’s holding up the brick facade don’t look so well. Kind of like toothpicks holding up a dictionary.

These Condos Go Up So Fast
Condo Construction, East Ukrainian Village, Chicago About a month ago only the foundation was built on this condo. A week before that it was only a hole in the ground….
