Earlier last week on State Street I saw these Scientologists disguising themselves as a “Free Stress Test” and getting a lot of people to read passages from L. Ron Hubbard’s book Dianetics.

These “stress tests” are crude galvanometers. You see, at some point, your hands will perspire, causing the needle to jump. This is when the Scientologists will declare, “You’re holding something back.” - This is the start of the recruiting process. I don’t know if it is humanly possible to take this test w/o causing the needle to jump.
Whenever I walk down west 46th street (New York), I always open the door of the Scientologists and let them know that they are crazy. I also yell at them at the Time Square / Port Authority subway stations. They need to be reminded that we are not really “Super-Operating Thetans” from the planet Helotrobus. We can’t really leave our bodies and make trips into outer space. Sorry, I call ‘em like I see ‘em.
