Those are sirrus clouds. They are the highest clouds and are usually present when the weather is cold. They indicate that the weather should be cold and clear for the near future.
Why do I know this? Because I was a nerd when I was 5 and taught myself how to read by reading World Book Encyclopedia. I still remember most of the useless knowledge I learned back then.
Still a closet nerd, but luckily I live in an area that compensates nerds very well.

When was this taken? The sky is the perfect shade of blue! It’s gray outside here today - that’s why I’m wondering if it’s from this morning.
