My first time seeing a Second City performance was when Shaun was in town and we went to the main stage and saw Doors Open on the Right. This time I saw a play called Low Hanging Fruit at Donny’s Skybox, a small theater located in Pipers Alley that is used as a classroom and performing stage for The Second City Training Center. Brian King, who used to work as a copywriter in my company’s Chicago office, was performing so a bunch of people from work wanted to check out the play. He quit right before my transfer so I had never met him until after the show last night. .. I have heard many stories though.. ones I won’t repeat here.
