Jill’s First Lobster Roll, Glory, Bucktown, Chicago

Fish of the Day, Glory, Bucktown, Chicago
After a really long day of meetings on Friday it was nice to sit down with Kristin, Jill and Jen to a relaxing dinner at Glory. The cuisine is New England inspired and is delicious. Jill had her first lobster roll and proclaimed that she could eat them every day. When I saw her last night she said she was still thinking about it! I had the fish of the day which was an east coast cod, lightly breaded. I think there was something about molassas butter.. maybe it was in the breading? It was awesome whatever it was. It was served with spinach and mashed potatoes seasoned with truffle oil and cod salt. I am salivating thinking about the potatoes!
Your dish looks delish! where is bucktown?
