This is what we woke up to this morning. Guh! And it was only 8 degrees (feels like -3 w/windchill) when I left to walk to work this morning.

It’s -14 with the windchill here – they shut down all the schools today.
It’s a frigid 39 here today, with an expected high of 45. I guess that it’s then ok that I wore shorts to the gym today?
bastard! i can’t even wear shorts in my apartment!
It’s 3 degrees here (-9 with windchill) and snowing. Since it hasn’t really stopped snowing for a few days, the roads are a sheet of ice. I don’t envy you having to walk to work, but at least you don’t have to get into a car and hope you make it work in one piece since salt doesn’t work on roads once the temperature dips below 20 degrees Farenheit.

The high in coastal Los Angeles will only be 69 today. I can’t wait for this god awful winter to be over so that we can return to a more civilized 75 degrees. Shyeah!
Yeh, a guy from our San Fran office just IMed me and was moaning about it only being 55 degrees. SO annoying. I don’t know how you guys put up with me doing that when I lived in San Diego!!!

actually rachelle, this morning I said “f it” and ordered some new windows from jcwhitney.com. They’re expensive but I’m sick, SICK, of the plastic crap I have now. bleh. I threw down 500 for the hard top over the summer but these windows might be an even better purchase.
too bad it probably won’t help with this weather though

I had to put on pants this morning it was so cold. 72 degrees. 70 with the wind chill. Damn arctic blast.
everybody from california or some other warm place is banned from bitching about the weather here!!!!!!

Partly cloudy…blustery…and dangerously cold. Lows zero to 5 below zero. Northwest winds 25 to 30 mph. Wind chill values as low as 30 below.
18 degrees here in WI. The snow is still falling, but very light. I can’t complain yet. We’ve had a mild winter up to this point. When it’s like this yet in March – then I’ll complain. Or if I had to walk everywhere like you NYers, I’d be whining like hell.

Its nice outside here in Wisconsin just got in from feeding the dog and cat.About 15 degrees and snowing about an inch already.
A fire place does wounders in that sub zero weather.
But the other day when I sent the photos it was between 11 and 15 below

i got back home around 9pm, and my forehead nearly froze off. had flannels and pants on, and fleece and shell, so i did ok.
they’re being ridiculous on fox news, throwing hot coffee in the air to watch it crystallize (unsuccessfully) and putting water on t-shirts to freeze them. woo!
i *hate* ed.
ed, don’t take it personally.. joel also used to live in san diego and eat in n out. we are only haters because we were once by you and are now jealous!
