Every year Jeannette & Yvan have a Thanksgiving party. Last year it was post-Thanksgiving and I wasn’t able to attend because I was just returning from Florida. This year because of schedules, the party was pre-Thanksgiving and luckily I was able to make it. Jeannette & Yvan invited just a few people over… something like 25! Jeannette made a turkey and a few other dishes and everyone brought food over. There was so much to eat! I stuffed myself silly. My contribution to the spread was homemade pecan pie that I had made the night before. Everything was so yummy! My stomach is all stretched out and I’m prepped for next week when I have Thanksgiving with Kelly, Jeff & Sue in VA.

Pre-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving
The Pre-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving spread. What is better than having a Thanksgiving meal – the food, the company, and of course giving thanks? Having two Thanksgivings is the only thing that could possibly be better. Last night, Jeannette and Yvan…

Mike // Nov 23, 2003 at 7:45 pm
Is it taboo to tell us anymore about this game?
rachelleb // Nov 24, 2003 at 7:28 am

and congrats on your new apt! i love the wall hangings in your bedroom – they’re sweet!
callalillie // Nov 24, 2003 at 11:52 am
thanks
if and when i a) recover my my mortgage and b) the rental apt next to me goes up for sale and c) i win the lottery, i plan to knock down the wall, create a floor-through, and build a nice huge kitchen!

looks like good times were had by all. cheers.
did people get evil with the taboo buzzer or was it a friendly hollywood squares kinda vibe. i’ve witnessed people use it like they were giving shock treatment – no take that – buzzzzzzz.
jeannette // Nov 25, 2003 at 12:40 pm
we ain’t no laid back b-list celebs, scott.
there was a LOT of evil buzzing going on. sometimes i want to smack whoever’s holding the buzzer. and when you get wine in the mix. fuggedaboudit.
