  this is in no way graffiti. this is art.

  If the person who did this does not own this property or have the owner’s permission, it is graffiti. If the painter owns this property, then it is up for debate by the neighbors and the city.

  graffiti IS art, and don’t be so pedantic. it’s beautiful. is it by the same person who does the “i love you” tags? it looks similar, anybody know any other sites with their work on?
