thoses mosiacs are definitely the 80’s video game, “Space Invaders” (I knew it right away!)

Maybe you’ve seen these already, but I think they are in part responsible for the mosaics.
It looks like an extensive invasion in many countries.

I believe these mosaics were done by French artists, there are all over Paris.

The mosiac invasion has also spread to the UK and especially my home town of Manchester. There are nearly 50 mosiacs in Manchester alone.
