		<description>Not any more, at least.  A century ago this area of Harlem was largely Jewish.  If you look closely at many of the large churches in the neighborhood you&#039;ll see them decorated with Stars of David --they were originally synagogues.  Today the neighborhood is mainly Christian and Muslim.  Did you notice the mosque across the street from Amy Ruth&#039;s?  It is the replacement for Malcolm X&#039;s mosque that was firebombed when he was assassinated uptown.</description>
