Camper, SoHo, Manhattan
Probably one of my least favorite things to do. But I totally needed to get some casual black shoes for the winter. There wasn’t anything I loved this year. At each store I went to there were shoes that would do the job. At Steve Madden there were 3 pairs, all about the same price, so I picked these, the most comfortable ones. I like them.. but I wish I could just get my old pair of Nine Wests from last year!! I wore them so much that I wore holes in them. Expect to see these new shoes in the Street Writing soon.

i was trying to look online but couldnt find them.. i dont know what they were called though.. so when you look up “black nine west zipper top” you dont get really very good results.

hey! I’ve only been to NYC once & I’ve been in that store! great CAMPER’s in there. I actually bought two pair of shoes just down the street from there and 2 years later I’m still wearing them and they’re holding up great. One was slip ons by Dansko & the other are red shoes made by CAT (like the tractors!)
Mental note: must save money for a NY shopping spree!

I(Wendy’s and Mark’s brother(in-law)) read your blog on occasion and always thought that we would get along great. Not any more. Shoes are the greatest things ever created next to music and beef jerky.jk. The best thing about that camper store are the seats made by Sissel (www.sissel-online.com).
