Ruby Needs Your Help

My baby, Ruby, is sick. She’s getting better with Mark‘s help, but still has some weird symptoms like not being able to copy and paste anything and refusing to drag files around. Poor girl. If anyone has any idea what could be wrong with her let me know. She’s running Mac OS X v10.2.4.
