NYPD Towing
Snowing & Towing, West Village, Manhattan

Last night it started snowing, and the NYPD was towing. And I wasn’t sleeping. All I could hear was that annoying “beep beep beep beep” that large trucks, and tow trucks, make when backing up. That, and the screeching of walkie talkies and cars honking their horns because the tow truck is completely blocking off the street and then police officers shouting at cars and people to go around. And right in the middle of this I saw a motorcycle fly down the sidewalk. What the asldkfjas;dfjasd;fjl is the NYPD doing towing cars in the middle of the night and why does it take them from 12:15 – 1:25 just to do one car?
