When I’m stressed out, even when I don’t realize I’m stressed out, I clench my teeth so hard it gives me a headache or makes my jaw ache. “So, stop clenching your teeth,” you say? The problem is that I don’t realize when I’m doing it. Yesterday, I worked a pretty long day, cursed certain coworkers every second of the day and worried about my move … and this morning when I went to eat a bowl of cereal it hurt just to move my jaw to chew. This article says that I probably do it in my sleep too. “Stress that remains unprocessed during one’s waking hours demands attention even during sleep.” This one says that, among other things, teeth clenching is making my TMJ worse.
Anyway.. the point of this is.. I’m so happy I am to be leaving the city this afternoon, going to Cape Cod and relaxing on the beach for 2 days!

My damn girlfriend makes me so mad sometimes, I just want to hurt someone. It’s sad because I usually end up hurting myself. I’ll punch something or something like that. I get confused when I am that mad, I don’t know what I am doing untill after it is over. I love her to death but I swear she is the most hardheaded person ever in the world….ever. I get so mad it carries over onto my day and I am angery the whole day. If anyone can help me with my anger/stress, please let me know!
