Lately I’ve been reading a lot of books that are classified as Easy Summer Reading. And, while they’re quick and fun, at the end of the books I’ve felt disappointed and like not much was accomplished. So tonight I picked up a copy of Uncle Tom’s Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe. And I’m going to read it. All of it. All 447 pages. And it’s going to mean something. And I’m going to resist the urge to belt out the Warrant song everytime I see the title on the cover of the book. Yes, I am!
