Roommate’s Friend: “What’s your name?”
Me: “Rachelle”
Roommate’s Friend: “Do you have a nickname?”
Me: “Uh, Rachelle”
This is the second time in just a couple weeks that I’ve been asked if I have a nickname right after telling someone what my name is. If I had one I’d like you to use don’t you think I’d have told it to you?
