My Time Warner Cable service is down right now. That means I have no TV or modem. I know I have a bunch of emails I need to reply to and I’d planned on doing it yesterday, but then TWC decided to pull the plug on my life!

I dont blame you its the worst cable company in the world. Im a csr for the outsource company who handles twc nyc. I hate the way the company keeps its customers @ a distance. I empathize with any customer who has had or has twc. They are shrewd and should have thier monopoly broken up. Greed is all I say.To all those I have spoken with in nyc….”its not my fault” plz forgive me. :o( Im only doing my job with the non-existant tools i have to not be able to help you. lol. i should use the line “thanks for calling time with no cable” “how cant I help you”…oops!
